Jugaad of trying to making it small and with few logic is nothing but pure losses in reality when anyone attempt to do such.
Waste of time and money and business career.
Bpo business are designed as High profit making segments.
No offense.
You may find many such startups start and end up with tremendous losses in first few months and close , no one notices them as they never become a part of real business network due to impractical idea of low budget call center business plan.
